Do you have demonstration rooms where equipment can be auditioned?
Yes, and, if you'd like to hear how one of our products will sound with exisiting
equipment, feel free to bring your own gear with you. In most cases, you do
not need to book an audition but it would allow us to set up equipment ready for
your arrival if you do. Remember to bring your favourite music/film with you
but don't worry if you forget; we have a large selection of CDs and DVDs.

Do you sell equipment over the internet?
We are very proud of our level of service and reputation. We feel that this
can only be maintained by continuing to offer a personal service and so, currently,
we do not have any plans to sell equipment over the web. Plus, hi-fi is all
about sound quality and this cannot be ascertained without a demonstration.
We do, though, deliver equipment (see next question) and, as we thoroughly
check the condition of items delivered to us, you can be sure that we will deliver
the products to you in good condition..

Do you deliver and install equipment?
Yes, within the local area, we deliver purchases and, if you would prefer us
to install your new item(s), we will gladly do so. There is no charge for
delivery or installation and we will agree a convenient time with you. (In
other words, you won't have to take a day's leave from work and wonder what time your
goods will arrive.)

Do you repair equipment?
We repair any item that customers have purchased from us (so long as it is
repairable and it is cost-effective to do so). Unlike many retailers, we are prepared to repair equipment
that is no longer covered by its guarantee. In
most out-of-warranty cases, repairs will
obviously incur a charge but we believe that our repair costs are the most competitive
in the business. We do not have the resources to also repair equipment
that was not purchased from us so, if you have purchased your goods from another supplier,
please approach them.

Do you purchase equipment from customers?
We will usually offer a trade-in allowance against a new purchase if the item that
the customer is replacing was purchased from us and is in good working order and
condition.
